the academy tribe of the noobs...The noob academy...they put ppl in their because of POINTS and yet they have ppl with 0 points in SDA...just like SDA terrible leadership and lack of support...im surprised they made it this far...HAVE U NOTICED OW SDA IS LOWERING IN RANK?It's because they are point whores and then they get nobled and lose their best players

Hello. It is vince13192 messaging you from another players account. Do not be alarmed.
I have seen SDA since the moment it was born. Clicking the "create tribe" button, I had a dream: To establish a tribe that would unite under one roof, spanning across the K's, eventually controlling the whole world.
However, my dream has two faults.
1). Players may nobel and conquer villages, so we do not need every single player in the world in our tribe. A single player could easily take 300 other people's villa's, so there is no need for so many members.
2). Even if a member contributes conversation in forums, at the end of the day, that is not what the game asks for. If you are weak and a new player, I will need to break the news, this tribe is not for you. However, if you have proven your worth, and you are a beginner, you are welcome to stay in our legendary tribe.
It took me a while to realize, but the truth is inevitable.
In order for this tribe to stand the test of time, in order for this tribe to gain back it's respect, in order for us to gain back 1st Place, we are going to need extreme strict discipline. Simple.
I am happy many people have had the chance to stay in the tribe for so long and have it as a shield. But the unfortunate time has bestowed upon our tribe a strong weakness. Useless members.
Members not reading the SDA Updates are going to be dismissed in an increasing fashion. I will not allow people to disregard the message I put too much work in just for them to suck the life out of the tribe.
Leadership Mode: Strict
I am only going to take back the tribe by force, and its just to get rid of the kinks and whatnot. Do not worry about people leaving the tribe; that just means they are disloyal, and will leave the tribe they join after that, and after that as well.
The next week will be brutal, harsh, and will be under strict inspection. Spies should be worried.
However, listening to all commands, and dragging your own weight in the tribe will ensure you will always have a place in the tribe.
Forums will be cleaned to the most extreme extent possible. SPAM will be dealt with dismissal. How dare some people think they are better then the rest of you and post anything they want, whenever they want!
If you are dismissed, ask for an invite to SDA2. Search the ranking system for the tribe.
Any leaders in the tribe have the power to dismiss. They message me, and all I need to do is approve of it. Simple.
Support is NOT complicated! It is simple! However, some members think they can ignore all the support requests, and the moment they need help, they are allowed to SPAM, post dozens of fake requests without a war report, and even go as far as mass mailing everyone.
I will not stand down to tribes 10X smaller then us. We are strong. Expanding and everlasting, we are SDA!
